SEAS is a 100% volunteer, cooperative organization with the mission of bringing low cost, high quality, safe sailing to the public. Each member is asked to contribute some time to the organization by serving on one or more committees. Please indicate which committees you would be interested in assisting:

Publicity	Chartering	Racing
Maintenance	Basic Education	Member's Education
Social	Sailing Assistant
Certified basic sailing instructor and plan to teach this year

** NOTES

• Dues can be paid by either bringing a check to a SEAS meeting or mailing it to the address on the next page
• If immediate family members at the same address are registering, the first family member pays the full membership dues; each additional family member pays half the membership dues. Submit a complete registration form and send a signed release form for each member.
• Members who joined after October 1 of the current year do not have to pay dues for the next year. However, please submit the form so we can verify that we have your correct information and send in the release form
